Abstract

This article presents a reconstruction of an interview with a teacher who tells about a challenging situation in a 10th class and how she dealt with it within the supervision. On the one hand, the reconstruction shows how she empowered herself in her insecure professional role through the supervision. On the other hand, it also shows that she ignores the specific character of the institutional interaction within school and because of this, the organizational hierarchy is improperly re-established.
