Abstract

Multi-professional cooperation in inclusive schools requires interactive negotiation and production of roles. This processes may be a challenge for the involved professions. This contribution wants to show possibilities to sensitize students for such processes by casework and role playing. It focusses on a lecture session, that aims to train the perception of students to recognize casual and latent processes auf role-negotiation and role-production in order to enable them to develop possibilities for arranging the own professional role. The playful practice of such negotiations of roles is the second aim of the lecture session
